How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by calling Steve at (219)-669-1163 or James at (219)-545-3330 anytime! You may also email us directly to book as well. Our email is located on the “Contact Us” page. We wish to keep your personal information as private as possible, and speaking with one of our representatives is the easiest way to get all of your questions answered!
When should I make a reservation?
In general, we recommend making a reservation as soon as you’ve decided on a date and a bouncer. If there is a specific size bouncer that you wish to reserve, we recommend booking as soon as possible. (We even accept same day rentals for available units.)
-To make a reservation, all we require is your event information—Name, contact number, address. No deposit required!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit Cards, and Business Checks.
Can I cancel my bouncer reservation?
You can cancel your inflatable rental at any time as long as:
Your rental period has not started. (We ask for a 24-hour notice)
Your rental has not been loaded for delivery.
Your rental amount is not more than $1,000. Cancellation of orders in excess of $1,000 must be done 7 days prior to the event date in order to free up the inventory.
We are also happy to reschedule your reservation.
Do I need power?
Our bouncers stay inflated by using blower fans, and these fans need a continuous power supply. A 100′ cord is included in the rental with each blower. If power is an issue at your location, we do also rent generators ($60). For units with more than one blower fan, we do ask that you have 2 separate home circuits for us to use. (Ex: 1. Back porch outlet, 2. Garage outlet)
Can I use my bouncer at a park?
We have no problem with letting our bouncers be used at parks! There are a few additional things to keep in mind if you plan on having your party at a park: Check with your park to make sure they allow staking. If staking is not allowed please ask us about weighting (sand bags).
Check to see if your park site includes a power source. If not, we do rent generators ($60).
Many parks require park insurance. The Bounce House Company is 100% insured, but often, parks require a certificate of insurance showing that we have the proper documentation. Our park insurance fee is $20 and is non-refundable.

Many parks will not allow you keep the bouncer at the park after dusk.
Can I set up a bouncer on asphalt or concrete?
Yes. We do NOT recommend setting up a water inflatable on a hard surface, because of safety concerns, but you can set up any of our standard bouncers on a hard surface. Please let us know at the time you make your reservation if you plan on setting up on asphalt or concrete. We will then bring a tarp to help minimize damage to the inflatable.
Can I set up a bouncer indoors?
Yes! Any of our bouncers can be set up indoors, as long as there is sufficient space to fully inflate them. We frequently rent bouncers for indoor school and church events.
How do we set up the inflatables?
At The Bounce House Company, we offer full-service drop-off, setup, pickup, and return of the inflatable. It’s easier for everyone when we take care of the transportation and handling of the unit. (They range from 200-1200 lbs.) Therefore, you simply reserve the fun, and we take care of the rest!
How long do I get to keep my bouncer?
For rentals during our “summer” season (approx. April – October) our pick-up and drop-off times are as follows:
We drop off the units between 7:00-11:00 AM and will pick up same day between 6:00-9:00 PM unless specified otherwise. (This gives us enough time to clean and inspect a bouncer if it is going out again the following day.)

Are your inflatable units cleaned regularly?
Our inflatables are cleaned and sanitized between every rental, even when they are booked for back to back days. We would never send out a bouncer that isn’t up to our standards.
How safe are your inflatable units?
The Bounce House Company, LLC is fully licensed AND insured. Safety is our number one concern. In addition, our bouncers are constructed from heavy-duty commercial grade vinyl, and are double, sometimes even triple-stitched for durability.
